There are a number of water resources - adjudicated rights and other water rights pending adjudication (scheduled for 2nd quarter of 2007). There are 6 surface water rights, 350 + acre feet of water storage rights, several wells and the right to receive water from springs located on neighboring property. There are 2 large reservoirs and several stock tanks interspersed across the property.
