There are complete deeds and descriptions for significant mineral rights on all owned lands. Included are mining rights to 8 cubic acres of gravel for road construction. Any mineral rights will be assigned to the new owner. Based upon studies conducted, there are no indications of significant marketable minerals on the property and there is a report received by a noted geologist stating this in terms accepted by the IRS for purposes of establishing a conservation easement.
